Michelle brings over a decade of experience in human performance, psychology, and transformation. She’s a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, USA Weightlifting Coach, CrossFit Level 1 Coach, and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling, plus years of lived experience guiding people through their own rebuilds. She’s helped hundreds of clients strengthen not just their bodies but their mindset, their habits, and their sense of self.
Her philosophy is simple: True strength is built when your mind, body, and energy are aligned. This program is your framework for that. Structured, supportive, and designed to help you evolve into the person you know you’re meant to be.

This is online coaching for people who want to get strong, physically, mentally, and confidently.
I specialize in barbell-based strength training with clear structure, progressive programming, and real accountability. Whether you’re new to lifting or ready to train with more intention, this is about learning how to train correctly and sustainably.
What this coaching focuses on:

This is not weight-loss-focused coaching.

Customized strength programming + coaching support for individuals who want to train consistently and get stronger long-term. Body stronger, mind disciplined, nervous system regulated.
1-1 Live weekly check-in sessions.
12-Week Strength Program
A structured, guided program designed to build foundational strength, confidence, and discipline over 12 weeks.
Perfect if you want a clear start and finish with real momentum.
Both Options Include:
- Programming delivered via app. This allows for a seamless, a full experience of tracking your progress, movement queues, add notes for yourself, message me directly through the app, track lifestyle habits, sync with your Apple Health app, and even track meals.
No fumbling on spreadsheets, waiting for me to send the programs, or swapping through multiple apps to track everything.

About Michelle
Michelle is a personal trainer, therapist, and business owner who has dedicated herself to wellness of the mind, body, and spirit.
She has a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University, and worked as a therapist in addiction recovery centers in South Florida. Michelle currently owns a business called The Space, with two locations in South Florida, that embraces change and transformation through guided breathwork, cold plunge, sauna, and red light therapy.
Michelle is a USAW Certified Weightlifting Coach, CrossFit Level 1, and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and competitive powerlifter. Michelle is a Breathwork facilitator and an Integrative Nutrition Coach certified by IIN.
Michelle has spent years in the health and fitness space, and is passionate about sharing her expertise to facilitate lifelong changes for her clients.
